Job Deskripsi

  • Serves as backup office support, for both Accounting and Membership team, by providing daily monitoring for all bank account and its reconciliation report related to revenue
  • Record all deposit on daily basis into BBCRM batching process and/or upload in the Insight system, following SOP.
  • Coordination with other Divisions (Development, Grant Specialist, Fundraiser System Specialist / FSS), to ensure all revenues are recorded on timely manner and reconciled with bank statement and Insight system.
  • Ensuring that all bank reconciliation is prepared accurate and uploaded into CONNECT on timely manner.
  • Cost and benefit monitoring and analysis on Membership revenue and expenses
  • Provide supporting documents for submitting Funds and Goods Collection / Pengumpulan Uang dan Barang (PUB) permits
  • Works toward meeting the strategic priorities of the program by developing and coordinating tactics for approved plans and completing day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinates with Membership Team and Accountant in Jakarta office.
  • Ensures programmatic commitments, policies and procedures, financial standards and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.
  • Reinforces consistency in the organization’s policies and procedures and provides support related to relevant field.
  • We may, from time to time, assign the Employee to another location(s) in accordance with the requirements of the Employeeโ€™s job description and/or operational needs. The Employee agrees to work in such other work location(s) in Indonesia.

Jurusan Pendidikan: Administrasi Bisnis (Keuangan), Administrasi Bisnis (Manajemen), Akuntansi
Minimal Pengalaman: 3 tahun

Deskripsi Persyaratan Lowongan Kerja Revenue Accountant

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 3 years’ related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with GAAP and fund accounting principles, practices and regulations.
  • Experience using automated accounting systems.
  • Experience with spreadsheet program, general ledger report and financial management tools.
  • Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Communicating clearly through written and spoken means in English
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Non-profit accounting combine with experience in revenue accounting is preferred.
  • Experience in data processing, analyzing and interpreting in MS Excel. Advanced expertise in MS Excel is preferrable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • May require fluency in a foreign language to support global operations.
